Hard to remember what’s happened at this stage. The surfers will have cabin fever by now. Be like a lottery in the end. Waves are ratshit for rest of window. But the curse of the WSL returns one day past the end date it’s going to be 2.4 metres and double overhead.
I don’t recall if it was ever done during the WSL’s supremacy, but the ASP definitely extended the waiting period by one day in these situations. It’s not as if El Salvador city council can’t just scribble out the permit dates on the napkin it’s already drawn on.
