Maybe the attack ain’t such a surprise given a dead whale washed up on nearby Pacifica Beach a few weeks ago, the twelfth since February,
A thirty-five-year-old surfer, maybe swimmer it ain’t clear, has been hit by a Great White shark at Gray Whale Cove, a gorgeous little clothing optional beach just north of Mavericks and twenty miles south of San Francisco.
The man, who was bitten on the upper leg, was treated with “advanced life support measures” at the scene and taken to Stanford Med Center’s trauma facility where he’s in a serious condition.

The beach has been closed.
Most of ‘em killed by ship strikes.

That whole area feels like a great white buffet. Have had many fun surfs in that area, though none without thinking about the men in grey suits at some point during the session, so I’m not sure how actually fun it was

Swimmer. More and more of these kooks are showing up and swimming willy -nilly outside the littoral zone in the middle of the red triangle. Bound to happen just like it did outside the pier at SLO.
We should be allowed to harvest these dead whales for their clean burning lamp oil
