Brazil media was also all over an old video of Medina filming a girl, cavorting I’d supposed you’d call it, in her underwear.

US, Mexico and the rest of Central America need to work together and eliminate the drug/people/etc. trafficking. Same goes for us here in US, we need to figure out a way to eliminate the market. Also reducing corruption, which needs to be done across all countries. Maybe that means legalizing drugs.
All the Latin countries need to invest heavily in rehab, drug education, and creating general opportunity for their people.
Next we need to create an immigration system where these people (because the reality is there is a need for immigrant labor) can come and go without needing to be smuggled and where they won’t need to live in a tent city.
Equally, if there’s an efficient system in place for legal immigration, illegal immigration should be more heavily punished.
I’m all about incentives. It ain’t perfect.
