there were air traffic control issues as well, but they needed a full 4 crew for a visual flight with night vis. a big time failure on multiple levels, especially if this was a continuity of government (i.e., ICBMS in the sky and the rest of us peasants are dead) training scenario.

Here’s the facts. Captain Lobach flew a Blackhawk military helicopter (one of the most high tech helicopters in the world) into the commercial airliner flight path, slamming into side of a passenger jet, on a clear night, killing 67 people.
The Blackhawk was at least a mile off course and at least 135 feet above its restricted altitude. That’s the facts.

I am assuming you know that military pilots gain their flight hours as military pilots almost none of them join with any measurable number of hours flying. So they have to fly even if they have 12 hours to become a more proficient pilot. You have zero idea of the women’s capabilities, you just call her a DEI recruit, as if it’s not possible for a woman or a minority to be a decent pilot.
You’re bent out of shape because she worked in the Biden White House. You don’t even know if she is partisan at all, or just doing it because working in the White House is great in a resume. only the best pilots should be flying passenger planes and military aircraft.
only the best ground control should be in the towers.

the most important instrument gauge in any aircraft is the Altimeter gauge.
the pilots were flying at least 100ft. above the restriction ceiling, based on the airplane flight recorder when it was hit.
also Reagan is the busiest airport in the U.S. and the airport used primarily by congress, senators, and government officials, thus pilots should be especially alert.
The Blackhawk was off course and flying above the restriction ceiling, that from the airplane black box when it was hit.
