My understanding (per my lawyer sis-in-law) is the people in these videos are basically all committing felonies when they destroy fed vehicles, interfere with arrests, movements of feds, etc, so I became a Google law student to investigate, and come up with this AI quote:

It’s not legal to kick a federal law enforcement vehicle. One would think if it escalated to such a point of being a felony, he would have been arrested on the spot. The problem part is that this appears to be unrelated to him being shot so the premise of the argument is moot. Law enforcement can’t shoot people after disarming them. The funny thing about the jobs report under Biden is it didn’t seem to match with what I was hearing from C-level folks and business owners around the country. Dating back to late ’23 and more heavily into ’24 the stealth layoffs, the decisions to not rehire positions when employees left caused me to doubt the data then.
