The new President Donald J. Trump International Airport, some one hour north of Miami International, features late 80s early 90s meh architecture, an indoor putting green and flights to around the United States, the Bahamas and Canada, the latter two earning it its “international” status.
Well, and in any case, Florida’s Republican governor “Meatball” Ron DeSantis officially moved to renamed the airport President Donald J. Trump International Airport after getting whupped by 45-47 in the year-plus-half ago election, the signs were changed to reflect, opponents and defenders went to war and the proud surfing nation of Australia has been dragged straight into the fray.
As media the media dutifully reported on the business, photographs began circulating of the airport’s new entrance directly implicating Australia as pro-MAGA.

Rest assured that as horrible of a man Trump is, the alternative for the US(Kamala) would have been more harmful to the US way of life, the global economy and global security. To think otherwise is to not understand the evil and necessarily role the US plays to prevent China and other evils from taking over the world. Someone has to do the dirty work(Trump is a sewer rat) and look no further than how tech giants quickly jumped off of the Democrats’ side of politics to back Trump due to their draconian socialist vision. It was an eye opening event that the mainstream media absolutely diminished while Wall Street paid close attention. So let us not forget that without capitalism(however evil) you cannot have socialism and look no further than the eve-growing delta tied to GDP trajectory between the US and the EU/UK. Their socialist and green focused way of life is sadly crumbling at a much faster trajectory that what is occurring in the US.
That’s alot of assumption going on there, and you know what they say about that.
There may have been a few more pride parades and critical race theory classes, but at least there would still be a semi functional government, not the shell of one most people don’t realize exists today.
We basically pay the same taxation with a fraction of the representation.

My politics begin and end with finance. So the status quo I observed during the previous administration:
– Biden and Yellen(her decision tree around issuing short-term debt among other financially engineering tricks) engaged in an unnecessary inflationary exercise that put in a new pricing level for consumers that will never be retraced to the downside paired with questionable economic engineering.
Free speech was tamped down(see Jack Dorsey’s twitter and Zuck’s Facebook testimony on this subject for exhibit A)
– Border control failures allowed tens of millions to flow into the US unchecked, driving down wages, putting stealth taxes upon taxpayers in various new ways. I’m a supporter of measured immigration and a supporter of many illegals who have been in the US for decades while working towards a better life. YET this event had and continues to have domestic macro-economic ramifications that will take years to unwind.
– Antifa and BLM were allowed to destroy CBDs and Downtowns while being supported financially by Dem NGOs and other outlets
– Attorney General Merrick Garland’s lawfare exploits which set the precedent for future actions
– Finally, with professional and personal experience with dementia, we are left to wonder who was running the White House as Biden was more dementia addled than my MIL, who is more coherent than Biden, while she has been in level two dementia care unit for 4 years. Biden deserved better.
– The previously mentioned and shocking jump to Trump by Silicon Valley and other tech giants was an eye opener within my militant centrist circles. Again, the media will not cover this as the Dems wanted control of US tech industry in a manner not unlike the free-speech controls they put in place under Biden
And yes I remain squarely in Bessent’s corner as the US and the world need his engineering to work for the greater good. BUT fuck Trump and weak Republicans!

– The US markets are showing long overdue fatigue as well as the lower end consumer showing cracks in the areas of credit cards and growing mortgage delinquencies. This will fall on Trump as his Iranian catalyst served to accelerate a dynamic that would have eventually hit the overleveraged consumer
– Bessent’s 3 3 3 thesis is our only chance to reduce a crippling deficit as both sides of the aisle are too gutless to reduce spending

I’m not one for conspiracy theories but my PSA went from zero in the fall of ’20 to North of 7 in the summer of ’21, three months after the 2nd jab.
