New stay at home orders have been issued throughout Oahu as well as well as a cap on how many people can hang out together at one time. The problem ain’t Covid the illness. The problem is, in the future the slightest hint of a more problematic flu than usual will see immediate lockdowns, its a Precedent set and wholly endorsed by people who should have more sense.
And there will be more.
Eg, if say a SARS type of illness came along we’d lockdown, whereas before we just carried on, In other words we will kill ourselves not be killed by a virus. .
