Arms have been taken up, proverbially, this morning after a man who appears to be a San Clemente local warns those who call La Jolla home against coming north to surf a chonky burger called 204/5s. The initial bit of the clip focuses on a younger man initially sporting a pony tail wading into the warm waters with what appears to be a full deck-tractioned mini egg. The San Clemente local declares that he, the surfer, is from Windansea and named “Jake the Snake,” though does not provide evidence.
The local is passive-aggressively frustrated at the incursion, eventually declaring that Jake the Snake is “a good guy” while filming others dropping down gentle slopes once again mentions Jake and how he should go back to La Jolla before pivoting to “just kidding” at the end.
Those in the comments, maybe from La Jolla (?), were not happy.
