We have reached the singularity.
We have now, officially, read peak Roganian. The moment when the big wave surf stud Shane Dorian and world’s most popular podcaster Joe Rogan become impossible to differentiate. The moment achieved, days ago, after Dorian traveled to Mexico for further stem cell treatments.
Taking to Instagram, the 53-year-old shared that he was back in Mexico for more stem cell treatments, a journey he began a few years ago. “Getting update MRIs to see my improvements in the discs in my spine after 2 years, Dorian posted. “It’s been a huge difference in my quality of life day-to-day and my ability to do the things I love to do- surf and train and bowhunt and snowboard whenever I can. Also doing genetic testing and DEXA scan. The DEXA is to learn about my skeletal muscle mass, bone density and bone mass. Also doing hyperbaric chamber, NAD, Myers cocktail and Ozone therapy each day.”
Very exciting.
Equally exciting, though, the singularity. When presented with pictures of Joe Rogan and Shane Dorian, the general public only gets the answer right 50% of the time, the surfing public 50% of the time, the MMA public 50% of the time.
In other words, Rogan and Dorian are identical.
Now, do you think part of the reason for this is the embrace of progressive health modalities? Hyperbaric chamber, NAD, Myers cocktail, stem cell stuff and Ozone therapy contributing to a overall samsies?

I think stem cell injections abroad like early days of flying. Encouraging results but many deaths and disasters. Eagerly awaiting it to come into the mainstream etc.
The “progressive health modalities” very well might be a good thing. On the flip side, some of it might be bad. Not sure that’s known yet from a scientific standpoint. But if you want to be a test pilot, go for it. Occy once called Shane a “test pilot” and Shane replied “testah “ in one of the WA McCoy Billabong flicks. Classic moment.
