The FutureCave, designed by architect Frank Burridge at Main Studio if you want to get one y’self, is described in the same application as a “carbon-sequestering, habitat-creating home.”
Zac Efron bought the 300-acre vacant lot at 168 Glengarrie Road, Tomewin, for two million dollars cash. It had been in the same fam since 1906 and even the briefest scan of the selling lit reveals what a catch it is.

Build(I build for a living) a fucking house with proven materials and it will last many lifetimes. It won’t have to go to the landfill and be rebuilt in less than one because of some failed composite hemp bullshit. That probably produced more carbon bla bla bla then it will ever save.

Make the hemp modular and create a sustainable hemp harvesting forest that locks up carbon and change out the modular parts of the house and you just changed construction for good while creating entire new industries and trades. Seems win win and something all people should easily get behind, yeah?

Young dude I met claims the snake trapper does catch the snake, then releases it nearby knowing full well that the snake will look for a swimming pool or guest house to inhabit. Neighbor panics, asks the other neighbor who mitigated the snake problem and the snake trapper is called, an enthusiastic referral.
The kid opines that the snake trapper has been “ trapping” the same snake over and over, different properties

I was never scared of snakes until I worked on a farm and my foreman was killing a rattlesnake ever other day, sometimes multiples.
Remember walking into my office the first day and seeing hundreds of rabbits outside my office french doors…. so cute.
Every day before work, I would have to run a stick under all the desks in the office and listen for a warning rattle.
Then Fish and Game shows up to warn me about the Bear problem. Of course the Bears weren’t necessarily aggressive like the Mountain Lions and that’s when I started noticing lion tracks in the fields while avoiding the rattlesnakes.
One day, my stick hit something that snapped toward my general direction. I called my foreman up to the office and he searches and finds the rattlesnake, one desk over from mine. Dude pulls his shot gun and blows the thing to pieces. Unfortunately, he took out my phone and computer cabling too so I had to run all new Cat 6 that afternoon after we shut the farm down for the day.
More spiders (black Widows) in the attic than you can imagine. I had to kill as I crawled the ceiling from my office to the patch panel.
One day, I stepped on what I thought was a snake and felt a sharp pain in my groin……
