Green wash that one if he gets 30 boards a month then its got to be at least 300+ a year that at some point end up as land fill. Add in the decals , wax and I assume a new leash every comp and possibly in solid waves each heat , then thats a vast amount of non recycled waste for just one surfer , how many on the CT tour both Chick’s n Dicks …green wash that i challange you.

Also, he must be exaggerating. 30 boards a month doesn’t make any sense at all, to anyone who finds a magic board they want to stay on.
so how many fresh boards per comp do you think the average CT level competitor gets then? can anyone on BG provide actual numbers i am very interested to understand this.

It’s approx 30-40 boards a year for top team riders, except for the legends who get 50-70 (think Mick or Parko) and Toledo who apparently gets 100 from Marcio.
